Welcome to the 2011 season at Barcombe Tennis Club ...
We are very lucky, for such a small village, to have 3 courts in such a dramatic setting. The fact that many members come from far and wide says a lot for the beauty of the location and, of course, our very reasonable membership rates.
We would like to welcome more members to our club nights held on Thursdays throughout the summer. All standards and ages welcome, we will mix around so that you may meet other members and have some friendly, informal, games with the added bonus of BBQs every 4 weeks. A fine way to spend the evening – tennis followed by food and drinks!
There are other events and tournaments throughout the year, just pleasant ways of enjoying tennis – please see the details on the next page and come along. Also, we will be running “Rusty Rackets” again this year, this time every Tuesday night in April, so if you or anyone you know would like a free introduction to the fun of playing, have a look inside and get in touch.
